Overview

A single-server Discord bot and companion dashboard built for a TikTok creator community. Every feature is a module with its own settings, and all of it is configured from the dashboard rather than slash commands, so the community team can run the server without a developer on call.

What we built

  • Economy. A Simoleon currency with a ledger behind every balance change, games built on top of it, and member balances editable from the dashboard.
  • XP and levelling. Activity-based progression with staff controls.
  • Moderation cases. Every warning, timeout and ban is a case with a number, a DM to the member, a mod-log embed and an expiry that is honoured even after a restart.
  • Tickets, suggestions and applications. Panels posted from the dashboard, handled by the bot.
  • TikTok checks and live alerts. The bot watches the creator's TikTok and lets the server know.
  • Live activity feed and stats. Daily counters, an overview and a real-time feed of what the bot is doing, on the dashboard.
  • Resilience. Stateless component handling, persistent scheduled jobs and an errors page so problems are visible instead of silent.
